APSMO publishes more than one contest series. Olympiad, Explorer and Games are not interchangeable last-week substitutes — they have different year bands and paper habits.
How to choose
- Read the school letter or teacher note for the series name.
- Confirm dates and division on apsmo.edu.au.
- Sit timed practice in that series (Olympiad Junior / Senior, Explorer, or Games) before you add a harder olympiad paper “for stretch.”
