关于 and 对于: about and regarding

关于 (guānyú) introduces a topic. 对于 (duìyú) introduces what a judgement or response concerns. Their uses overlap in some contexts but not in all noun phrases.
这是一本关于鸟的书。
Zhè shì yì běn guānyú niǎo de shū.
This is a book about birds.
对于这个问题，我还没有答案。
Duìyú zhège wèntí, wǒ hái méiyǒu dá’àn.
Regarding this question, I do not have an answer yet.
A book’s topic naturally uses 关于……的书. Do not replace 关于 with 对于 mechanically.
