### What is RubricMark?
RubricMark is a personal study companion from Year 5 through university. Study Lab organises revision; Practice Hub provides timed mocks and section drills; Language Hub covers IELTS, PTE, JLPT, and Goethe-style practice. Assignment feedback, Mistake Book, improvement plans, and the Admission Score Estimator connect the three hubs.

### Is RubricMark free?
Public Study Lab references and catalogue browsing are free. New accounts receive trial credits. AI-heavy actions such as assignment feedback, generated mocks, remediation drills, BYOT saves, and extra estimator runs use prepaid credits. Monthly credit plans are optional — you can stay on pay-per-pack.

### Where is my data stored?
Account data is stored in private cloud storage. Each user has a separate account area, and submissions are not mixed between users. Your work is processed to provide the feature you requested and is not used to train consumer AI models.

### Do I need a school account?
No. RubricMark is learner-led on rubricmark.com. Families and independent learners can use all three hubs without a school licence, class roster, or teacher workspace.

### Who can see my practice answers and writing?
People who can access your signed-in account can see its saved work. Trials and scores are not sent to a school or LMS. Support staff only access material you provide in a support request when needed to resolve it.

- Not autopilot grading — AI drafts feedback; families review results in the app
