STAT study plan: four weeks from baseline to rehearsal
Use a compact plan that prioritises the STAT component required for your application.
Week 1: diagnose
Attempt official-style material under time. Record reasoning operation, confidence and cause of error. If you need Written English, produce a full baseline rather than only planning essays.
Weeks 2–3: targeted cycles
- Start closed-book.
- Review only the gap exposed.
- Complete a fresh item or rewrite.
- Re-attempt after at least one day.
Week 4: combine and taper
Rehearse the required component with current official timing. Test pacing and breaks, then reduce volume. Your final notes should be a short list of decisions: how to leave a difficult item, how to structure writing and how to check data.
Try the questions before reviewing the answers
Attempt before reading a model. Diagnose the exact reasoning or writing decision, make one repair and test it on unseen material.
