What is RubricMark?

Traditional retrieve tools stay at the centre: shape notes in Outline, retrieve with Flashcards until due, then sit a named paper only when one exists and repair misses in Fix. AI may draft cards, diagnose after an attempt, and mark after you write — it does not flip the card, write the essay, or become a chat tab.

RubricMark Study Lab generates AI flashcards from notes or a PDF — review every cue before you save, then retrieve as flip cards, a 4-tile quiz, or fill-blank with spaced repetition. Practice Hub and Career Hub sit timed exam-spec mocks (HAST, JLPT, IELTS, IB, GAMSAT, and more) from a published question bank — not a predicted quiz from your slides. Generate, retrieve until due, sit the named paper, then log misses in Fix.

Is RubricMark free?

Public Study Lab references and catalogue browsing are free. New accounts can sit free sample papers. Full timed mocks need a Plus or Max pack (4 or 8 full tests) or a Pro/Ultra plan with weekly practice hours. AI tools — assignment feedback, deck builders, and similar — need Pro or Ultra. Sitting a test never spends AI allotment.

Where is my data stored?

Account data is stored in private cloud storage. Each user has a separate account area, and submissions are not mixed between users. Your work is processed to provide the feature you requested and is not used to train consumer AI models.

Do I need a school account?

Accepted Answer

No. RubricMark is learner-led on rubricmark.com. Families and independent learners can use Study Lab, assignment feedback, and the optional exam sits without a school licence, class roster, or teacher workspace.

Question 6

Who can see my practice answers and writing?

Accepted Answer

People who can access your signed-in account can see its saved work. Trials and scores are not sent to a school or LMS. Support staff only access material you provide in a support request when needed to resolve it.
